Timeline
- Production: 9–15 weeks, starting once we have confirmed your measurements with you.
- Shipping: DHL Express, 5–7 business days to the US, with tracking.
- Rush production is available for most gowns — message us before ordering and we will tell you the earliest date we can promise.
Most brides order 7–10 months before the wedding, which leaves comfortable time for a local fitting.
Customs and import duty
Your gown ships internationally, so US import duty may apply. When it does, it is assessed by US customs and collected by DHL before delivery — it is a government charge, not a fee we receive.
Ask us before you order and we will tell you what to expect for the gown you are considering. We would rather you hear it from us now than from the courier later. Message us on WhatsApp or send us an email and we will come back to you the same day.
Sizing
We make US sizes 2–34, and custom size at no extra cost. Send us your bust, waist, hips and hollow-to-hem and we will confirm the right size before anything is cut.
