Shipping & Return Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Alisse Bridal offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Ready-to-ship dresses and skirts can be returned regardless of size for a $200 restocking fee per item.
- Standard Alisse Bridal's sizes. If you need to return a standard size made-to-order item, a 30% fee of the item cost will be charged. However, if you wish to reorder the item in a different size, we will not apply a 30% withholding fee and will give you a full refund for the original item. You will need to place a new order separately.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- All custom size items are final sale.
- Sketches and swatches.
- There is no refund for rush fees.
- Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cancellations are free within the initial 15 daysfor any reason, applicable only if the order has not been transferred to production department.
- If the customer cancels made-to-order item after production's begun, we'll deduct 30% of the item cost.
- If the ready-to-shipitem has been shipped, then there will be a charge of $200.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you would like to make a return of multiple dresses, please be aware of our return policy, which includes a $200 delivery fee for ready-to-ship clothing items or a 30% fee per return for made-to-order clothing pieces. We may also decline such an order if there is a high probability of it being sent back, after consulting with you.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.
WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE
It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import/export taxes that may apply.
