Yes, veils are included in your wedding dress orders. But this veil is of medium size, which is standard. Each wedding dress model can be combined with different veil styles according to your personal taste. If you are looking for a different veil according to the wedding dress model you have chosen, please contact us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no option to customize or make changes to our wedding dress designs. However, there are many options Decoupled in different styles and details among our extensive collection. If you have a specific request or if we can help you with anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to provide you with the best service.

For wedding dress orders, we need a 1.5-2 month process, including the construction phase and delivery time. We need 30 days at the earliest for urgent wedding dress orders.
Embroidered and lace wedding dresses are sewn in 2 months; satin - minimal wedding dresses and after party dresses are sewn in 1 month.

It is not possible to return a dress that has been customized. We make dresses for each bride individually, exactly after her wishes. So if the dress was customized, and some details were changed, we are unable to offer it to another bride. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot take a customized dress back.
