Do wedding dresses include veils?
Yes, veils are included in your wedding dress orders. But this veil is of medium size, which is standard. Each wedding dress model can be combined with different veil styles according to your personal taste. If you are looking for a different veil according to the wedding dress model you have chosen, please contact us.
Can I customize or alter any of you design?
Unfortunately, there is currently no option to customize or make changes to our wedding dress designs. However, there are many options Decoupled in different styles and details among our extensive collection. If you have a specific request or if we can help you with anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to provide you with the best service.
Sizing
How does our sizing work?
Our dresses are available in sizes from 2-34. We also provide a very simple size chart and measurements tutorial on every product page. To make sure you choose the correct size, please follow the instructions. Please visit our page for plus size wedding dress models.
How do I measure myself ?
It is very important to know that you have the right size when ordering wedding dresses online. For this purpose, we have prepared a special page for you on how you can take your body size and find your body.
What if my measurements differ from your size range?
In case there are no sizes that fit you, please let us know, and we’ll recommend a dress or help you create a new one.
Orders
How many moths in advance should I order my dress?
For wedding dress orders, we need a 1.5-2 month process, including the construction phase and delivery time. We need 30 days at the earliest for urgent wedding dress orders.
How long does it take for my dress to be made?
Embroidered and lace wedding dresses are sewn in 2 months; satin - minimal wedding dresses and after party dresses are sewn in 1 month.

How much does the shipping cost?
For now, we can only send orders to the USA. We will provide services in many parts of the world as soon as possible.
Does Alisse Bridal ship internationally?
For now, we can only send orders to the USA. But you may need to pay duty and tax after receiving the dress: it is the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide services in many parts of the world as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my dress for another size or style?

Can I return a customized dress?
It is not possible to return a dress that has been customized. We make dresses for each bride individually, exactly after her wishes. So if the dress was customized, and some details were changed, we are unable to offer it to another bride. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot take a customized dress back.
