PROCESSING TIME
The processing time starts from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Alisse Bridal's consultant via email.
ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME:
- Ready-to-ship items: shipping time is from 5 business days (depending on the location).
- Made-to-order dresses: takes about 9 to 15 weeks (depending on the dress style). Includes production time and shipping time. Rush production is available for an additional non-refundable fee.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
