Shipping & US Import Duty
Every gown is made to order in our Istanbul atelier and shipped to your door by DHL Express. Here is exactly what that means for timing and cost, so there are no surprises.
Timeline
- Production: 9–15 weeks, starting once we have confirmed your measurements with you.
- Shipping: DHL Express, 5–7 business days to the US, with tracking.
- Rush production is available for most gowns — message us before ordering and we will tell you the earliest date we can promise.
Most brides order 7–10 months before the wedding, which leaves comfortable time for a local fitting.
US import duty — please read before you order
Our prices do not include US customs duty. Since August 2025 every shipment entering the United States is subject to duty, including gowns. For dresses made in Turkey this is currently about 30–35% of the dress price, plus a DHL processing fee of around $25. DHL contacts you to collect this before delivery. It is a government charge paid to US customs — not to us.

These are estimates based on current rates; the exact amount is set by US customs at the time of entry. Nothing else is charged at the door.
Sizing
We make US sizes 2–34, and custom size at no extra cost. Send us your bust, waist, hips and hollow-to-hem and we will confirm the right size before anything is cut.
